Adventure Awaits in Dubai Mall

Located in Dubai Mall, experience one of the largest aquariums in the world. Walk through the 48-metre Aquarium Tunnel on Ground Level and explore the Rainforest, Rocky Shore and Living Ocean on Level 2. Tickets can be purchased at our counter or online.

Do you allow photography and video shooting inside Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo?

Yes, we allow visitors to capture memories of their visit through photos and videos for personal use. We also have a professional photography service available throughout the visit. However, to ensure the well-being of our animals, flash photography is prohibited in certain areas. These areas are clearly marked throughout your visit. We kindly ask you to respect these restrictions to help us provide a safe and comfortable environment for all our residents.

Can I stay as long as I want?

Guest are welcome to stay for the entire day of their booked ticket during our operating hours for their day of entry.

What are the daily presentation times?

We have presentations throughout the day, please ask a member of staff for details.

Can I re-enter?

No, re-entry is not permitted. Your ticket is valid for one entry only.

How long will it take me to experience Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo?

The average time to visit the Aquarium Tunnel is approximately 15 to 30 minutes. Underwater Zoo, located on Level 2, takes about 45 mins–1.5 hours. This time could increase should you wish to stay and watch presentations and shows. The Glass Bottom Boat ride lasts approximately 15–20 minutes. Guests are encouraged to book their Boat Ride in advance to avoid a long waiting period. Bookings can be made at the entrance of the Glass Bottom Boat ride area on Level 2 at Underwater Zoo.

Do you provide discounts to schools, organisations, families or during special occasions such as Eid holidays?

We offer different promotions throughout the year. Guests can contact our ticketing staff for further information.

Do you have souvenirs for those who visit?

We have souvenirs available for sale at the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo Gifts & Souvenir shop, which is located at the exit of Underwater Zoo. A range of T-shirts, gifts and souvenirs are available for purchase.

Do you provide a tour guide for the general public?

We currently do not have a guided tour for guests without prior bookings. Should this be requested, we may be able to accommodate it. We have several Educators available throughout the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo journey for guests to ask questions. Guests can arrange a private tour through our Bookings Officer. However, it is subject to availability and additional charges apply.

Does Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo offer any marine courses?

Currently, we do not offer any marine courses. We do, however, provide internships for students 16 years and above. Interested applicants can contact [email protected] for further information or visit our Internship Programme Page for more details.
